Please remember and pass on to your HR teams:

  1. All Team Members in the Core system usernames must be first name_last name_ulti number (i.e. john_doe_123123).  The only approved exceptions to no ulti number are GM & AGM.
  2. DO NOT make new user accounts for rehires.  Locate their profile from last year/season in the not active list, activate it again and then make necessary modifications.

 

IB team – creating new profiles each season is a habit we need you guys to break with the team that does this each season.  Because of this, there are over 6500+ user profiles in the system.  If you need help re-activating last season team members, please open a support ticket: will need First, Last, Ulti details for each re-hire.

 

FI/BK teams – you guys should be fine locating your rehires yourself – your systems are not impacted in performance speed by the abundance of duplicate accounts that IB has developed over the last 10 years.

 

To locate and reactivate accounts:

Site Management tab

Employee tab

Manage Employees option

Change 3rd filter from Active to Not Active

If you know the team member is a definite rehire and they do not show up in this initial search, change the 2nd filter from Time Clock Users to All.

Click on User name; scroll down on General tab of profile and change Status from Not Active to Active, then Submit
