The right side of the icons seems to be completely gone, unable to drag any of the icons over. Also the function for jumping between windows from Firefox to POS is gone. 

You'll need to access the secret menu for the taskbar by holding control button on the keyboard and right-clicking in an open area in the taskbar. You should see a menu pop-up with a series of options, look for Panel>Panel Preferences and select it. This will open a new tab (2nd picture below) with options to manage the taskbar panel. Select Items from the tabs and then press the "+" symbol on the right hand side. This will open another window with "Plugins" that can be added to the panel. In this case we need to add the "Window Buttons" plugin which can be found towards the bottom. Select the plugin and click "+ Add" button. You will see the function come back immediately. Also, to move the clock back to it's position, right-click the icon for the clock and select "Move" from the hidden menu. You will see a couple of locations you can move the clock to, place it in the desired area. No further steps required.
